What our community needs.
Affordable Housing
People are one increase in daily costs away from homelessness and people are locked out of renting or buying homes because they are spending more than 30% of their income on rent or mortgages.
Politicians cry "supply, supply, supply" while introducing policies that drive demand for housing.
I will fight for:

immediate spending on genuine and long-term public housing - now, not in the unforeseeable future.

reform of property taxes and incentives.

drive investment in energy efficient improvements to reduce the cost of living for tenants (eg. solar and batteries, insulation improvements, heating and cooling upgrades, etc).
Cost of Living
Rising costs for businesses and households are crippling.

2000 petajoule Gas reservation policy to drive down energy costs
